I joined Vanguard Properties in 2018. I bring a unique background to my career as a Realtor. After graduating from Montgomery High School, I pursued a Bachelor's Degree at UC Davis (Go Aggies!) and then a Master's Degree in Pediatric Nursing at UCSF. I work just one day per week as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner spend the rest of my days in real estate. I love the combination of Real Estate and Nursing. It may sound like an odd combination, but both fields are built upon the same tenets: knowledge, trust and human connection. I've always been passionate about residential real estate and the idea of what makes a home. I work doggedly for my clients to help them reach their real estate dreams, whether it is assisting with preparation and staging in order to get top dollar in the sale of one's home or helping buyers stand out in this competitive market and navigate the hurdles of becoming property owners. I work alongside my father-in-law, Jim Famini, who is a well-respected veteran of the real estate industry. I was honored to be named "Rookie of the Year" for Vanguard Properties for 2018.

Sonoma County is my home and I never want to live anywhere else. The mediterranean climate, natural beauty and most of all the strong sense of community are second to none.  I met my husband while we were both CIT's at Camp Wa-Tam in Howarth Park and we have been together ever since. My husband and I live in Rincon Valley with our two school-aged boys and two sweet dogs. I spend a lot of time volunteering at my children's school and I'm most often found on the weekends baking, showing houses to clients or cheering for my kids on the sidelines of whatever sport is in season.
